‘Loft conversion for studio space’
A design and build loft conversion project to create a professional home office/studio.
The space we had to work with was quite small so the trick was the make good use of the space providing one room with additional storage area.
Making sure that there was no disruption to the existing living areas we used steel beams in new floor joists and floor. A dormer was built to the rear of the property and Velux rooflights were installed at the front.
