Case Study Two:

'1930s house complete refurbishment'

A 1930s detached home of solid brick construction was in need of complete refurbishment after being purchased by a new client. The house was completely restyled into a contemporary family home and additional space created with an extension.

The existing solid walls were insulated with a 100mm insulated render system, and the extension was also highly insulated.

The interior was completely remodelled with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an oak staircase, and oak and tiled floors. A new kitchen was installed together with a utility room. A detached garage was built and large driveway paved leading to patio at rear.
